Lead Gen is the "Hot New Thing"?
What? We've been doing that for years!

A recent article in FOLIO: Magazine touts lead generation as one of the "hottest topics" in publishing right now, and profiled the lead generation operations of two publishers. Funny thing is, we've been doing lead generation for 10 years with our eBooks. They are a quick and easy way to get hundreds of qualified leads for your sponsor. Here's how it works:

An MWS eBook is a compilation of related editorial with text, images, and optional multimedia, designed for easy reading online: No scrolling or zooming. eBooks combine the highest readability with industrial-strength audience management, statistics, and reporting. Over the past 10 years, we have produced more than 500 eBooks.

Workflow: You select a hot topic and deliver content to MWS in HTML or Word. MWS designs, builds, and hosts your eBook. You get a custom, turn-key Web product with no work required from your Web or design teams. You promote your live eBook via your Web sites, e-newsletters, and magazines. Produce and launch eBooks as often as weekly.

Technology: Our Flash eBook technology supports animation, audio, video, social bookmarking, link-tracking, and more. The audience management system captures reader registration data, tracks clicks, and measures reader engagement. You can access real-time stats and reports through a self-service console.

How to Use eBooks

Use MWS eBooks like you would use print editorial supplements: Repurpose/reprint existing articles or commission new features on hot topics.

Paid Sponsorships: Qualify leads or promote a sponsor's products or brands. A sponsor's logo and message may appear, and a sponsor may receive eBook usage statistics, as well as contact info and demographics volunteered by readers.

eMags: Publish a series of eBooks on a schedule like a magazine, with one or more sponsors. eBooks support click-tracking for multiple advertisers.

Audience Development: Attract and qualify opt-in subscribers for newsletters and magazines.

Online Brochures, Catalogs, and More: MWS can customize eBooks for nearly any application you can imagine. Contact us to find out more about the possibilities.

We've never offered to do this before, but the time is right to kick things into high gear and get our eBook production people working overtime.
